I am so excited to share this super easy and healthy Crêpe with you. I hope you will enjoy it as much as we did.
Sparkling water – 1 cup
Flour – 1 1/2cup
Hot water – 1 glass
Olive oil – 2 tbsp. spoons
Salt – 1 pinch
Sugar – 1 tbsp. spoon
- Flour mixed with sugar and salt (I used coconut sugar), pour sparkling water. Cover and leave for 30 minutes.
- Boil the kettle. Pour your choice of oil (I used olive oil) into boiling water and add to the mixture. Stir well.
- Preheat pan. Brush with oil once. Ladle out a portion of the dough in the pan. Rotating pan, distribute the dough over the entire surface evenly. Leave for 1-2 minutes over medium heat, until golden. Then turn over on the other side.
- Once it’s done, serve with jam, peanut or almond butter, or syrup.
